Public Tours

• • 48+ hours before your scheduled tour:
    Full refund, rebooking, or credit.
  • Within 48 hours of tour start time:
    No refunds, credits, or rebooks for any reason.

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.

Private Tours

• Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: Full Refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: No Refund

Missed Tours & Late Arrivals

• • Tickets are valid only for the specific tour time booked.
  • Late arrival = missed tour.

• Missed tours are non-refundable, regardless of reason, including flight delays, traffic, weather, or illness.

LaZoom-Initiated Cancellations

If LaZoom cancels a tour due to mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances:

• All guests receive a full refund.
• Guests will be notified by text, email, and phone at least 2 hours in advance.
• LaZoom is not responsible for customers missing the notification of a cancelled tour.
  

Disruptive Behavior (Including Intoxication)

• Guests asked to leave a tour due to behavior receive no refund.

Unexpected Underage Guest

• The underage rider will not be allowed to ride the tour, no exceptions. 

• • Daytime Tours: 13+ (no infants)
  • Ghosted Tours: 17+
  • Fender Bender: 21+
