The Fine Print
Tour Policies:
We have a ticketless system. We use a roster at the bus so all we need when you arrive is your name to be checked in. Seating is first come, first served. We recommend arriving early if you have a preference for seating. Please reach out to us ahead of time if you require special accommodations.
If passengers are late to boarding, their tickets may be released and sold to another party at time of departure. If passengers are intoxicated at boarding, they will not be allowed to board and a refund will not be given. Similarly, any passengers under 21 will not be allowed on to the bus and no refund will be given.
Parking:
We do not have passenger parking at LaZoom Room and therefore recommend arriving downtown 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time to find parking. Additionally, Uber or Lyft is always a great option to avoid having to find parking.
Paid Parking Options:
The paid lot surrounding LaZoom Room (we do not manage this lot), street meters, the Aloft Hotel or the garage up one block on Biltmore Ave.
What to Bring:
You’re welcome to bring snacks or beverages on the bus. Only beer and wine purchased from The LaZoom Room are allowed on board. We do not allow outside alcoholic beverages on the bus. The LaZoom Room has a great selection of beer, wine, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase to enjoy there or take on the bus.
Passengers over 21 need ID if they intend to drink alcoholic beverages on the bus.
Cancellation Policies:
Full refund if cancelled outside of 48 hours from the start of the tour. Inside of 48 hours no refund will be offered.
In the rare event that we have fewer than 9 passengers registered for a tour, we may have to cancel it. We do our best to make this decision at least 2 hours before departure time. All passengers will be notified of any cancellations via text, email and telephone. For this reason, please make sure that you have provided us with a good telephone number to reach you on the day of your tour.
