How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets for our sightseeing tours 3 ways. Online, over the telephone or upon boarding. Buying tickets in advance online or reserving over the telephone with a credit card is the only way to reserve seating. Online tickets and telephone reservations are taken until 2hrs before departure.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy: Parties of 4 and fewer must cancel more than 4 days prior to the scheduled bus tour to receive a full refund. Parties of 5 and above must cancel more than 2 weeks prior to scheduled group tour to receive a full refund. If cancellation with less notice is necessary, a refund will be issued if LaZOOM is able to sell those seats to another party. Call (828) 225-6932.

What if I book my ticket as a local and cannot furnish proof of residency at boarding?
Pay full price and know that you have just subjected yourself to ridicule through out the duration of your sightseeing tour.

Is the bus wheel chair accessible?
Unfortunately not. The doors are not wide enough on this bus to accommodate a wheelchair. However we will do our best to accommodate disabled passengers and can store wheelchairs if necessary.

Do I need a car seat for my infant?
Children under 5 will be asked to share a seat with 2 other passengers. There are no seat belts.

Can I get on and off of the bus throughout the tour?
All bus tours stop for a 10 minute break in the middle. Tours break at the Firestorm Cafe and The Thirsty Monk in downtown Asheville so passengers can see first hand there are some great things to do in Asheville.

Can we bring alcoholic beverages on the bus?
Yes! Passengers are allowed to bring beer and wine on the bus. Passengers will be asked to provide ID proving that they are 21 years of age. Alcoholic beverages other than beer and wine are not permitted. You can purchase these items, among others at our departing location, the French Broad Food Coop.

Is it appropriate to give a gratuity?
Yes, gratuities are greatly appreciated by our tour bus operators and performers.

How is seating arranged?
First come, first served. Every seat has a nice view for a guided bus tour.

Where do we park?
There is a pay lot across the street on Biltmore Avenue next to the Double Decker Bus Coffee Shop. Street meter parking is free after 6p.m. in all of downtown.

How should I dress?
Dress for success with the weather, LaZOOM is an open-air tour bus. Some have enjoyed dressing in their funniest frocks and feathers to be seen parading through Asheville on the lovely purple bus! Dress in whatever manner you wish on the LaZOOM bus tour and during your entire vacation in Asheville NC! Is the tour appropriate for all ages?
We strive to make each City Comedy Tour and Holiday Shows appropriate and enjoyable for all ages. We help create kid friendly vacations for folks visiting Asheville and make it easy for both parents and children to have fun. Our Haunted Comedy Tour is appropriate for individuals 17 years and up.

What are some other things to do in Asheville or Asheville attractions?
